Coir
Coir is a by product from industries that extract the long fibers from coconut husks. Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, coir is used as an alternative growing medium for peatmoss. Coir is also used as an amendment to growing mixes.

- Coir is widely utilized as a growing medium in the production of cut flowers (roses, oriental lilies, gerbera etc.) bedding plants, vegetables and forest tree seedlings. Other applications of coir include bedding material for reptiles and as an oil absorbent.
Packing
- Coir is supplied as a highly compressed brick or bale form. We also supply "easy to break" loosely compressed bales.
